Fluorescent insitu Hybridization probes, or FISH Probes, can be used to identify mutations of nearly any human gene. Over the past year, we have worked on developing a catalog of FISH probes that can be used to detect translocations, deletions, and duplications of the most commonly looked at genes that can normally ship within 24 hours. If you don't see a product that cover your gene of interest, we also have the ability to create a custom FISH probe that will cover your gene of interest.

ATM Gene Probe
The ATM gene FISH probe locates to the genomic location of the ATM gene allowing you to identify mutations of the ATM gene.
BRAF Gene Probe
The BRAF gene FISH probe locates to the genomic location of the BRAF gene allowing you to confirm BRAF gene mutations.
CCND1 Gene Probe
The CCND1 gene FISH probe locates to the genomic location of the CCND1 gene allowing you to detect CCND1 gene mutations.
EGFR Gene Probe
The EGFR gene FISH probe locates to the genomic location of the EGFR gene allowing you to confirm mutations of the EGFR gene.
FGFR1 Gene Probe
The FGFR1 gene FISH probe locates to the genomic location of the FGFR1 gene allowing you to detect mutations of the FGFR1 gene.
FGFR2 Gene Probe
The FGFR2 gene FISH probe locates to the genomic location of the FGFR1 gene allowing you to confirm mutations of the FGFR2 gene.
PIK3CA Gene Probe
The PIK3CA FISH probe locates to the genomic location of the PIK3CA gene allowing you to detect mutations of the PIK3CA gene.
